——谁是医生，谁是病人

这样句子不错 有质感有厚度和弹性。

黑色的石头、夜晚是一块大石头，晾晒着白昼。我们是两支船桨变成的蜥蜴。彼此无异。
河或者流、  我们彼此交换身上的波浪，立下水的契约。时间像预言的事物：脑子如冰。

陈旧的小镇：我们在此离别，小镇迅速陈旧。街道蹒跚，中午街灯亮起，像瞎子手里的竹竿。
一束光：一束光送到你的心里，我转身，带走一束影子。光和影是我们的唯一联系方式。
